The Jacksonville Sportsman's Club is delighted to announce an exciting sporting clays tournament scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2026. This highly anticipated event welcomes both seasoned shooters and beginners, offering a wonderful opportunity for all participants to showcase their shooting abilities in a friendly yet competitive environment.
The tournament will feature three distinct courses: two 100-target courses for 12 gauge and a 50-target course for the 28 gauge shotgun. This arrangement allows shooters to select their preferred gauge, ensuring everyone can compete comfortably with the equipment they are most familiar with. The event will take place at the club's well-maintained facilities at 2021 New Lake Rd, Jacksonville, IL 62650, a prime location known for its scenic beauty and excellent amenities.
Participants will face a variety of challenging clay targets designed to test their skills and accuracy. The course is carefully designed to offer a diverse shooting experience, featuring different angles and distances to challenge even the most experienced marksmen. The Jacksonville Sportsman's Club is famous for its outstanding facilities, which include a full sporting clays course, Trap shooting areas, and 5 Stand shooting zones.
