Fundraisers for CASA-Court Appointed Special Advocate for Foster Kids-Kane County

The Shotgun Department would like to pass along these two Sporting Clays events in the Chicago area that raise funds to help abused foster kids in Kane County. The Organization is CASA-Court Appointed Special Advocate

CASA Kane County is a Guardian ad Litem, nonprofit volunteer organization that advocates for the best interests of children in abuse, neglect and private guardianship cases within the Juvenile Court system. CASA Kane County provides 100% of children in foster care due to abuse and neglect with a volunteer who becomes the voice, the eyes and the ears of that child until a permanent home (either reunification or adoption) is achieved. The fundraisers help to recruit and train each volunteer who provides a lifeline to help change a child’s story.
