What is Sporting Clays?
Sporting Clays is a shotgun shooting sport where clay targets are thrown into the air and are attempted to be broken with the shot from a shotgun. Unlike trap and skeet, no two Sporting Clays are the same. If you want variety try Sporting Clays.

Illinois Sporting Clays
Membership Clubs
Each ISCA Membership Club offers Sporting Clays and other clay target shooting sports. Several also offer rifle, pistol and other shooting sports.


What is the ISCA?
The purpose of the ISCA shall be as follows:

The promotion and encouragement of sporting clays target shooting as a recreational and sporting activity for all ages among residents of the State of Illinois.

To increase among ISCA members the knowledge of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved shotgun marksmanship.

o forward the development of those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self-discipline, team play, and self-reliance, which are the essentials of good sportsmanship.

To organize and conduct events and tournaments.
